Dans cette version, nous oublions l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de faire cuire le poulet au four pour privil\u00e9gier une pr\u00e9paration plus pratique \u00e0 la <strong>po\u00eale ou \u00e0 la friteuse \u00e0 air (airfryer)<\/strong>, avec un temps de cuisson r\u00e9duit et un r\u00e9sultat beaucoup plus juteux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, pour \u00e9viter d&rsquo;avoir de simples wraps au poulet avec de la sauce, nous ajoutons des <strong>l\u00e9gumes saut\u00e9s, des \u00e9pices douces et une sauce cr\u00e9meuse au yaourt<\/strong>, obtenant ainsi une garniture plus compl\u00e8te, savoureuse et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. La touche cannabique est principalement incorpor\u00e9e via un beurre infus\u00e9, ajout\u00e9 en fin de cuisson pour \u00e9viter de l&rsquo;exposer trop longtemps \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures
